准备过程
油锅:将油预热至 150-160°C,放入已解冻的素鱼排,油炸20秒至表面酥脆即可。
气炸锅:已解冻的素鱼排表面喷洒一些油,180°C 两面各气炸10分钟至表面酥脆即可。
保存方法:保持冷冻低于-18°C,使用产品前先解冻。一但解冻,不要再次冷冻。

Preparation & Reheating
Pan Frying:Pre-heat oil until 150-160°C. Add in fully thawed vegan soy block steak, deep fry for 20 seconds until golden crispy.
Air Frying:Spray some oil on surfaces of fully thawed vegean soy block steak. Air Fry both sides for 10 minutes at 180°C until golden crispy.
Storage Instruction:Keep frozen below -18°C. Defrost product thoroughly before use. Once thawed do not refreeze.
