米线烹饪方法:
1. 准备一锅水,将水煮至沸腾。
2. 将米线放入已沸腾的滚水中。
3. 将锅盖盖上及把火关掉,等15分钟后把米线捞出。
4. 将捞出的米线过冷水至米线温度降低后沥干备用。
5. 汤粉:使用新的沸水,把调味料和您喜爱的配料煮熟后再加入米线煮15秒即可享用。
6. 干捞:将沥干的米线再禄15秒,把米线捞出再和调味料一同放入碗中,搅拌均匀即可。

Cooking Instruction:
1. Boil a pot of water until its rolling boil then put Mee Sian in.
2. Put the lid on the pot, then turn off the fire and let it cook for itself for 15 minutes.
3. Pour the Mee Sian out and rinse it over tap water until cold.
4. Drain well and it’s ready to cook.
5. Soup: Use new pot of boiling water to cook your soup or add your favourite ingredient. Then only add in Mee Sian after your soup is ready, cook it only for 15 seconds and it’s ready to serve.
6. Dry: Cook Mee Sian in hot water for 15 seconds and drain well, then only add flavouring and mix well. Enjoy your meal.
