成分:青辣椒,食用油,糖,盐,香菜,高良姜,柠檬草,罗勒,茴香,水,姜黄,咖喱叶,栗。
煮法:
1. 用中火将锅加热,加入1-2汤匙食油。
2. 加入一包康宝青咖喱酱,加以搅拌。
3. 加入150毫升水,加热,然后加入食材(马铃薯,青豆,豆腐,素肉,菜类,可根据个人喜爱做选择)。
4. 将食材煮熟,加入 200-300毫升椰浆,用慢火煮至酱汁变浓,趁热食用。

Cooking Instruction:
1. Heat up pot / wok over medium heat with 2-3 table spoon oil.
2. Add 1 packet of Kenbo Vege Green Curry Paste and mix well.
3. Add 150ml water, heat up and add ingredient (Potato, green peas, vegetarian meat, tofu, vegetable ( as desired ))
4. When all ingredient heat and cook, add in 200ml coconut milk stir well, heat, cook till gravy thicken and serve hot.
